A joint committee of both Houses of Parliament has been set-up to hold an inquiry into the government's Draft Mental Incapacity Bill.
The draft bill, which was published at the end of June, will reform the law in order to "improve and clarify the decision making process for those aged 16 and over who are unable to make decisions for themselves".The committee, which is to report by the end of November, consists of the following membership:
