Better regulation offers best chance of presidency success, says IOD

The Government should recognise that Better Regulation is the area on which it has the best chance of making progress as President of the European Council, the Institute of Directors (IoD) said today.

The IoD’s Director General, Miles Templeman, urged the Government not to use up valuable political capital on issues where opposition will make action more difficult.
