Derby South is an urban constituency, taking in the city of Derby.

Leo and I have lived there for many years. Derby is home to a fine cathedral, a University and Rolls Royce plc which manufactures aeroengines.

Derby has 3 museums - the Museum and Art Gallery, the Industrial Museum in the old silk mill and the Pickford's House Museum of Georgian Life.
