MP joins Breakfast Club at Broadstone Hall Primary

Stockport MP Ann Coffey is looking forward to breakfast with the children of Broadstone Hall Primary School when she visits on Friday. Broadstone Hall is signed up to the Healthy Schools Initiative.

The Broadstone Hall Breakfast Club, which has been growing successfully since it started over 12 months ago, now has around 40 to 50 children each weekday morning. The Club is open from 8.10 am, and is also very popular with the parents.  Children can choose from a variety of healthy breakfast options, for only 20p per item.  There are also breakfast “specials” once a term, which are very popular.

Ann Coffey said: “It’s great to share a healthy breakfast with the children, who are getting a good start to the school day.”
