Strategic direction statement
We have developed a strategy which maps out the direction of our company
over the next 25 years. Following consultation with our customers and other
stakeholders, we have published the final document.
Our strategy is based on eight key strategic intentions:
1. Providing a continuous supply of quality water
2. Dealing effectively with waste water
3. Responding to customers' needs
4. Minimising our carbon footprint
5. Having the lowest possible charges
6. Having the right skills to deliver
7. Maintaining investor confidence
8. Promoting an effective regulatory regime
