In order to develop an integrated approach to corporate responsibility across RWE npower the Board has set up a committee chaired by Yvonne Constance. The Corporate Responsibility Committee is responsible for developing policy, setting targets and objectives for corporate responsibility and reviewing performance against those targets. This Committee has representatives from different parts of the business and aims to ensure that corporate responsibility is fully integrated into business decision-making processes.

Our reputation with our stakeholders is key to our future. Therefore, for staff, shareholders, customers, public bodies and anyone who may be affected by our operations, we aim to be as accountable as possible.
