Blair focuses on internet access
Tony Blair is this week set to detail Labour's plans to widen access to internet services.
The prime minister will set out policies to tackle the "digital divide".
A "government insider" tells the FT: "Britain is already at the forefront in the use of technology - everything from the use of mobile phones to broadband connection.
"As a progressive government, we are also committed to making sure no one is excluded from the digital revolution, which is why we are taking steps to make sure we close the digital divide."
