Ken Livingstone will delve back into his continuing row with Associated Newspapers today by highlighting published claims that staff at the company dressed up as Hitler and Nazi members at a fancy dress party.

After a week of feuding between the London mayor and the Evening Standard newspaper - following his likening a Jewish reporter to a Nazi concentration camp guard - Livingstone will seek answers from Associated about a party 13 years ago to mark the end of Sir David English's editorship of the Daily Mail.

However the mayor is expected to express "regret" over his own remarks this week.
