Disabled peer attacks 'euthanasia' legislation
Disabled peer Baroness Chapman has spoken out against legislation which critics claim effectively legalises euthanasia.
She told peers that the Mental Capacity Bill would be a "licence to kill" and could have been used to end her own life had it been in effect in the past.
