Today (March 10th )2004 is the 21st No Smoking Day. The campaign is organised by a charity of the same name and aims to help some of the UK's 13 million smokers stop. The campaign concentrates on the benefits of stopping smoking, creating an opportunity to stop, and promoting all the help that is available to do so.
