Thank You to Departing Council Members

The Health Professions Council (HPC) is currently holding its first Council election. July 8th 2005 will bring to an end the term of office of the current Council. All forty members of Council, including the thirteen alternate professional members will stand down. Those professional members who want to seek re-election are standing along with any other individuals wishing put themselves forward.

Following the nomination deadline on the 26th April (extended for alternate members of three professions), the HPC can confirm that the following Council Members have sadly chosen not to stand for re-election and will therefore stand down after their final Council meeting on the 7th July.
