NOAH's officer team for 2003

 

Bill Hird has been elected as thenew chairman of the National Office of Animal Health for 2003-2004. Mr Hird, who chaired the association from1998-99, is managing director of Elanco Animal Health in the UK and Ireland:his remit also includes the Scandinavian countries and Germany. He is also responsible for Elancos poultrybusiness and public affairs throughout Europe. The election took place at theNOAHs AGM on 24 April

 

In a new move to extend the expertiseof NOAHs officer team, there will be two vice-chairman for the coming year.David Biland, country delegate, Swine Animal Global Enterprises and RuminantAnimal Global Enterprises, Merial Animal Health and Dr Sue Huggett, who hasmanagerial responsibility for Beaphars businesses in UK and Ireland, willshare this role.

 

Sam Black, director of Leo AnimalHealth, and last years chairman, becomes NOAH past-chairman.
