IN RECENT weeks, any mention of tuberculosis has triggered media images of Eastern Europeans coughing their  way into Britain as soon as their countries join the European Union in May. Of course, reality is that those Eastern  Europeans could be concerned about the freedom of movement which will allow people like me who live in a London Borough with high TB rates, to go and work in their homelands.
