Saatchi: Shown the door

Moderniser Francis Maude has replaced Maurice Saatchi and Liam Fox as sole Conservative Party chairman.

The uncomfortable experiment in a co-chairmanship has ended, to be replaced by a single chairman - former minister Maude.
