This is a new seat created as a result of Scottish boundary changes.

Jimmy Wray should survive the change as his old seat of Baillieston is completely contained within the boundaries of this constituency, with the additon of voters from Shettleston, Tollcross Park, Braidfauld and Parkhead wards.

This will be a solid Labour division.
