Under the Scottish boundary changes North East Fife escaped mainly unaltered - except for the addition of 3,500 voters from the Leven East ward from the old Central Fife seat.

It still however remains a smaller than average seat electorally.

It is a safe to bet that the Liberal Democrats will continue to hold the seat after the general election.
