PM: Anger over Tory claims

Addressing his party's Scottish conference, the prime minister has told delegates that the "fight for the general election is on".

Tony Blair said the current row over the NHS made him angry because Michael Howard had spent 10 years in Tory cabinets that had presided over "NHS cuts".

He rounded on the Tory leader, accusing him of exploiting the plight of pensioner Margaret Dixon.
