Nothing is certain in the volatile world of Bradford politics, a city with three Labour MPs and a council now run by a Conservative/Liberal Democrat coalition.

But apart from Tory Queensbury on the western edge, most wards in the South constituency still tend to elect Labour councillors, and Labour should be safe here.
