Constituency profile

Ludlow will be an interesting constituency to watch next time around.

This is traditionally thoroughly Tory territory and one could argue that 2001 was merely an anomaly brought about by an unfortunate conjunction of different factors.

However, it took a good deal of political acumen and skill for Matthew Green to transform these into a victory, and when you combine these qualities with his strong local credentials, its seems reasonable to venture that he may be around for some time to come.
