While there might be pockets of Labour voters, they will never be able to dominate in a seat that has been made up of the Conservative wards from all the surrounding area.

Mr Dorrell and his leftist tendencies might not be flavour of the month among the Conservative leadership, but at least he does not have to worry about losing his seat in the near future.
