Pendle
Constituency profile
A majority of over 4,000 would usually appear safe, but this one cannot be taken for granted.
The Liberal Democrats appear to be re-emerging in Pendle but it still seems likely that any significant opposition to Mr Prentice will come from the Conservatives.
It may be that in the next general election Labour hold on, but it may well become a much tighter marginal seat.
