O’Leary Street Petition
Support from local residents has been fantastic. Their wish that action be taken is very clear. When the petition is completed I will be presenting it to the Borough Council for their response. Following that I will be discussing with ward councillors the need for a plan to revitalise the area around O’Leary Street. Issues such as improved street cleaning, better lighting, housing allocation policy, and changes to access points are all matters that need to be closely reviewed. Ridding the area of the drugs problem should be just the first step to securing a real improvement in the local environment.Latest Press Releases
