Referendums (Thresholds) Bill (B10) [Failed Bill 2003/04 Session]
A bill presented by Labour MP Gordon Prentice, which would set a threshold of 50 per cent of the electorate as the quorum for a referendum. Any figure less than 50 per cent would lead to the result being decided in the negative.
