BRC SIGNS DEAL WITH INTERNATIONALLY RECOGNISED FACILITIES MANAGEMENT PROVIDER

The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is pleased to announce it has signed a strategic alliance with internationally recognised facilities management provider, Dalkia, which it envisages will help retailers make significant cost and efficiency savings on their facilities management requirements.

The new service, known as BranchOut, will see the BRC work closely with Dalkia to undertake a facilities management audit of retail businesses and then provide a custom, tailor-made solution of services that includes:

  • Mechanical & engineering services
  • Facilities management
  • Energy controls for buildings
  • Energy & environment management
  • Fire & security
  • Lighting design & maintenance

BranchOut will deliver to members cost reductions, flexible innovative solutions tailored to each individual retailers and sustainable energy efficiencies.  In addition, members will benefit from the re-assurance and security that comes from working with Dalkia, a market leader in technical facilities management, with a proven track record in the retail business environment.

The facilities management service will provide retailers with 24/7 property maintenance solutions, utilising Dalkia’s well-established network of more than 2,000 highly skilled engineers co-ordinated by their state of the art customer service centre.
