ePolitix.com asked its stakeholders to comment on MP Karen Buck's report showing that the lack of youth clubs and after school care is increasing the risk that 'latchkey kids' will turn to crime.

The research produced with the 4children charity found that’s 75 per cent of parents thought children in the age group were to young to look after themselves.
