Forum Response: Transport for London

Bob Kiley, transport commissioner at Transport for London, told ePolitix.com: "Every time the PPP is held up to scrutiny it fails. It has failed on value for money, on safety and now it fails to deliver the promised station modernisation right across London.

"The latest contracts have been gutted of any real improvements. The government's flawed PPP will deliver practically nothing to Londoners. The sugar has come off the bitter PPP pill they want Londoners to swallow."
