The Countryside Agency and Scottish Natural Heritage have today published a new guide to carrying out Landscape Character Assessments.

Richard Wakeford, chief executive of the Countryside Agency, told ePolitix.com: "The landscape is at the heart of our countryside, but it is not a static thing.
