MPs are calling for a Commons inquiry into the "housing benefits" secured by senior members of the Royal Family.

A government report has revealed that the Duke of York effectively pays just over £250 a week on a 30-room Grade II listed Georgian mansion.
 
His brother, the Earl of Wessex, pays £192 a week to live at Bagshot Park, Surrey, a 57-room Victorian mansion in 50 acres of land.
