Kennedy to press PM over voting reform
Charles Kennedy has called for an immediate start to talks on reforming the voting system.
"The door is open as far as we are concerned on voting reform," Kennedy's spokesman said.
"The prime minister could pick up the phone tomorrow if he wishes. Clearly we would be interested in creating a fair voting system."
