Four out of 10 nurses from abroad are planning to leave London for jobs in other countries, according to a new survey.

Two thirds of Filipino nurses, one of the largest national groups, told researchers from the Royal College of Nursing and the King's Fund that they intended to leave for America.

In London it is estimated that a quarter of nurses are from overseas.
