Charles Kennedy is preparing a reshuffle before beginning a wide-ranging policy review.

The Independent claims the Liberal Democrat leader is planning to move health spokesman Paul Burstow and education spokesman Phil Willis to other jobs.

A wide-ranging policy review is expected to involve all sections of the party, but Kennedy also wants to stop the party conference  passing policy motions on "fringe" issues like pornography, rights for goldfish and cannabis decriminalisation.
