The battle for Bethnal Green and Bow continues to slide into the mud after George Galloway's Respect party threatened to sue Labour candidate Oona King over her anti-Semitism claims.

King said she had been told Respect activists had urged Muslim voters in the East London constituency not to vote for her because she is Jewish.
