Labour will today attempt to move the agenda on from Iraq by publishing the party's business manifesto.

The document will be launched by Tony Blair, Gordon Brown and Patricia Hewitt, and will contain pledges to cut regulation and reduce copyright piracy.

The manifesto will aim to boost enterprise and will outline new proposals to reduce local authority red tape.
