Fox hunters have vowed to fight on against the ban on their activities, despite a Court of Appeal decision yesterday that the government's legislation is sound.

Campaigners now plan to show the new law is unenforceable when the ban comes into effect tonight, with chief constables already saying prosecutions will not be a police priority.
