Cambridge issues tuition fees warning

Cambridge University has claimed that increasing tuition fees to £3,000 a year will not safeguard its future.

The Regent House, Cambridge’s governing body, will see annual accounts tomorrow which show that the university is nearly £17 million in the red, with teaching and research losing £15 million.
