Tory plan to quit refugee charter 'not feasible'
Number 10 has said the Conservative plan to withdraw the UK from the 1951 UN refugee convention was not possible without breaking EU obligations.

However the Telegraph reports that Howard is now accusing the prime minister of "handing the key" over immigration to Brussels.
