Reid warns reform critics
The health secretary is set to warn Labour critics of public service reform that they are damaging the party's chances of winning a third term.
John Reid's provocative lecture in Paisley this evening will be seen as a riposte to the chancellor's conference speech in which he praised public service for "having values far beyond those of contracts, markets and exchange".
