PM joins radio aid appeal
Tony Blair was guest of honour as all 268 commercial radio stations suspended their programmes to broadcast a 12-hour fundraising programme for the tsunami appeal.
Appearing on the morning show hosted by Chris Evans, the prime minister donated a tour of Number 10 followed by a cup of tea with him to the appeal - and within minutes an offer of £1,000 had been received.
