Hunters saddle up for legal challenge
Pro-hunting campaigners have filed a human rights challenge to the Hunting Act, claiming yesterday that by criminalising the activity, ministers have "unjustifiably and disproportionately" breached minority rights.
The move came as both sides of the debate prepare for a separate legal challenge to the new legislation, to be heard at the High Court today and tomorrow.
