Tories back extra resources for school sport
The Conservatives have set out plans which would see children receiving two hours free sports tuition every week.
The party will put £250 million a year into the initiative in order to boost public health and reduce child obesity rates.
Shadow home secretary David Davis said: "Our plans will empower those volunteers in local sports clubs to provide our children and young people with varied and quality
sporting experiences."
