Blunkett back home as Tories make cover-up claims
As David Blunkett returned to his constituency home in Sheffield on Thursday, the Conservatives challenged Sir Alan Budd to search computer hard drives for signs of a Home Office cover-up.
The Tories want to know why crucial documents appear to be missing and civil servants seem to have forgotten key conversations.
The Sun quotes a friend of Kimberly Quinn who reports that she was "clearly pleased" to hear of her former lover's resignation.
The paper also says Tony Blair is already planning to bring Blunkett back into the government.
