Huntingdon appeals for help
Huntingdon Life Sciences has appealed to ministers for more money to tackle animal rights protesters after losing a major contract due to pressure from activists.
The company, which carries out medical experiments on animals, lost a deal with gas group BOC because anti-vivisection campaigners threatened to target Marks and Spencer, a bigger client.
