Ministers throw out old questions
Ministers have thrown out hundreds of parliamentary questions after failing to answer them for up to 11 months.
Under a new system, MPs and peers will now have to submit them again if they still want them answered.
By far the largest number of unanswered queries were addressed to the Ministry of Defence.
