Ad agencies threatened with government shut-out
Advertising agencies may be excluded from government contracts if they continue to target "junk food" commercials aggressively at children.
The FT says that ministers are more willing to employ regulation to alter industry behaviour.
The government is one of the biggest advertisers in the country, spending £120 million in 2002.
