Cinema ads clash with constitution booklet
A Foreign Office booklet launched yesterday, explaining the workings of the EU under its new constitution, will have to compete with a series of cinema adverts aimed at encouraging Euroscepticism.
The government has spent just £35,000 on producing 200,000 40-page documents, but the move marks the first tentative step in the referendum campaign to ratify the new rules.
