Tories to review binge drinking
Michael Howard has criticised the government for seeking to impose round-the-clock drinking.
During a campaign visit to Tenby in Wales, the Tory leader said decisions about licensing should be made in town halls.
"We will review Labour's centrally imposed Whitehall rules - with the aim of scrapping the vast majority of them," he said.
