Begg warns against speed camera policy
David Begg, the government's transport commission chief, has spoken out against revised guidance on the use of speed cameras.
The new rules effectively freeze the introduction of cameras on new routes.
Meanwhile, transport secretary Alistair Darling has ordered a review of all 5,500 speed camera locations.
