Drink driving deaths rise
The number of people killed in drink-drive crashes rose in 2003 to the highest level for seven years.
A total of 560 people died, ten more than the previous year.
A Department for Transport spokeswoman said: "We are not convinced that lowering the limit is the answer. There is a danger that doing so would dilute the message not to drink at all if you drive. It could suggest a certain amount of alcohol was acceptable."
