Indefinite detention of terror suspects defended
Lord Goldsmith has defended the government's stance on the detention of terror suspects.

He was responding to an appeal by nine foreign suspects who have been in prison for nearly three years in high-security conditions without charge or trial under the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act 2001.
