MPs slam British Energy bonus
The Commons public accounts committee has condemned the prospect of a government-appointed troubleshooter receiving a bonus for restructuring British Energy.
Chairman Adrian Montague will receive a bonus of £100,000 on completion of the nuclear group's restructuring, which is being funded by taxpayers.
The MPs have called for a review of the company's bonus arrangements.
